Optivuz is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to support HR, sales, finance, and operational workflows for organizations.

Access to Optivuz may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

You agree to use Optivuz only for lawful organizational purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system.

Customers are responsible for all data submitted to Optivuz. Optivuz does not monitor or validate the legality of customer content.

While we strive to maintain high availability, Optivuz does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance or updates as needed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optivuz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate access to Optivuz if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Optivuz after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Optivuz operates, unless otherwise required by law.
