How do employees get an account?
Accounts are created by the company admin in Optivuz ERP. Employees just sign in, with no self sign-up needed.
Do all employees see the same features?
No. Menus follow the active modules and each employee’s role permissions.
Can attendance be faked with spoofed location?
Attendance is validated on the server by location radius, schedule, and mandatory photo per company policy, making it far harder to manipulate than manual attendance.
